Message	and pretty much just plays as a middle man of holding your money. they have to right to hold your money at any given time for watever reason they desire and in this case, they just didnt bother fighting the case since the other persons paypal acct is probably closed since he intentionally planned to scam people so paypal cannot do much when the money is gone and acct is closed. grzzzzzzzzzz =X jappo www.tunerdevelopment.com
